My stay at Number 10 Hotel was quite pleasant, with friendly staff creating a welcoming atmosphere. The room was comfortable, and I appreciated the cleanliness around the hotel. On the downside, there were a few hiccups with the dining experience, which left me somewhat disappointed. Overall, I would recommend it for its charming ambiance and convenience to local attractions.

The hotel's location is fantastic for access to Hampden Park, being only a short walk away. It’s also conveniently close to public transport for exploring Glasgow.

While the dinner I ordered had its issues, with some dishes not meeting expectations, breakfast was more satisfying, offering good options. However, quick service seemed lacking during peak times.

The hotel included some lovely outdoor spaces to relax, adding to the boutique vibe. However, the bar service could be improved, as I experienced a mix-up with my drink.

7.4/10

My stay at Number 10 was a mixed experience. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed throughout. However, the room I was in was quite small and felt a bit dated, not what I expected given the price point. The dining options were quite enjoyable, and the food was delicious, particularly the breakfast. Overall, there were some highs and lows during my visit.

Rooms
7.0
The room was large and spacious with a king-size bed, but it lacked practical storage space for my belongings. The furnishings looked nice but were not very functional.

5.6/10

I had a mixed experience at Number 10 Hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which made my stay enjoyable, but the cleanliness of the shower left a lot to be desired. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to Hampden Park, and the food was generally good. However, I did feel that some aspects, especially regarding the shower and lack of a proper drink menu, detracted from what could have been a boutique experience.

Rooms
6.0
My room was spacious with a lovely large window. but the shower was quite dirty and needed attention. The bed was comfortable, though I noticed that it was actually two single mattresses pushed together, which was a bit odd.
Service
7.0
The staff were genuinely friendly and clearly worked hard. even under pressure during meal times. They were eager to help and always had a smile, which I appreciated. However, when I raised my concern about the shower at checkout, the response felt somewhat dismissive.
Location
8.0
I loved the location. being close to Hampden Park was perfect for the gig I was attending. It was also easy to access public transport to explore Glasgow, making it a convenient base for my stay.
Dining
7.0
The food options were quite good. I enjoyed my lunch at the hotel, but I did find the drinks prices to be exorbitant. I was shocked at the total for four gins without any prior warning about the cost.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities had potential, especially with the beautiful grounds. but the issues in my room, particularly the shower, highlighted areas that need urgent improvement to truly fit the boutique label.

6.6/10

My stay at Number 10 Hotel had its highs and lows. The junior suite I shared with my sister was immaculate, comfortable, and made for a pleasant night before her wedding (the lovely surroundings were an added bonus!). However, the service during the wedding events left much to be desired; the wedding package promised certain amenities that did not materialize, and communication from staff regarding the logistics was lacking. I truly appreciated the hotel's beautiful ambiance and food, but the staff responsiveness and planning fell short of expectations.

Rooms
9.0
My junior suite was clean, tidy, and very comfortable (just perfect for a pre-wedding stay).
Service
5.0
Unfortunately, the service felt unprofessional during key moments, especially with wedding logistics (miscommunication added unnecessary stress to our experience).
Location
9.0
The hotel is well-situated, making it easy to access local attractions (which was great for our wedding guests who were staying elsewhere).
Dining
8.0
We enjoyed delicious breakfast options, and the food quality was excellent (the presentation and taste were impressive, but timing issues marred the experience on wedding day).
Facilities
7.0
The beautiful gardens and inviting ambiance impressed us, but we did face issues accessing some areas without lifts (which wasn't ideal for everyone in our group).

6.6/10

My stay at the hotel was quite a mixed bag. While I enjoyed the pleasant staff and delicious breakfast, I faced some serious issues with my room's cleanliness and temperature control. Despite the nice surroundings, my experience was marred by management's lack of responsiveness to my concerns.

Rooms
5.0
The executive double room I booked didn't match its description, missing the advertised jacuzzi bath. Plus, the room was uncomfortably hot with no options to cool down since the windows were locked. Overall, it felt outdated and poorly maintained.
Service
5.0
The initial reception I got was friendly, but my interaction with management was disappointing. I felt dismissed when I raised concerns about my room, and the offered resolution seemed insulting given the issues I faced.
Location
5.0
The hotel's location is quite convenient for exploring Glasgow, being close to restaurants and parks. However, with the noise from nearby functions during my stay, it was hard to enjoy that advantage fully.
Dining
6.0
Breakfast was a highlight, with a good variety of options and tasty food. But, I did encounter issues with dining since the restaurant was closing earlier than expected, which was frustrating after a long day.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities felt lacking overall. From my experience, the hotel seems to struggle with maintenance, which detracted from the overall ambiance I'd hoped for.
